FREE UK DELIVERY*
If you place your order before 4pm on working day, we will endeavour to deliver your goods the next working day (unless there is an event outside our control). Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday are delivered on the following Tuesday (unless there is an event outside our control). Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. We will endeavour to deliver orders received on a Bank Holiday, 2 working days later. A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches our courier, so you are able to follow it all the way to your front door. The cost of UK next working day delivery is free. We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been despatched. Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 9am and 5pm; a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up. Time is not of the essence in relation to delivery.

We aim to deliver international orders within 1-4 working days of your order being processed. Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over International Bank Holidays. International shipping are free but taxes and duties if any are payable by you; please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been despatched. Time is not of the essence in relation to delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
If you order products from our site for delivery to an international delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes; Three Floor Fashion has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Three Floor Fashion you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
REFUNDS
We are happy to refund or exchange unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of receipt. Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact. Please use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent), as Three Floor cannot accept liability for any items not received. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will be able to issue your refund within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. For international refunds please mark clearly on your return invoice and outer packaging "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this any taxes incur will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper. EXCHANGES
All exchanges must be received to our office within 14 days of receiving your order. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Refunds and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt, for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order at any time before the expiry of the period of seven working days, beginning the day after you place your order. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 14 (fourteen) working days in which you may cancel, starting from the day you receive the order. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or, for any other reason, you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can return the cancelled items to us. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request. If your desired replacement item is no longer available we will help you find another item you like, or process a refund if the item falls within our return policy. To cancel your order, please contact us via email or telephone. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation as described above. You will be provided with email notification when your refund has been processed. You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition. Unless the order is faulty or not as described (in this case, see Damaged of Defective Goods), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. If you want to return or exchange your order, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country. We recommend that you ask the Post Office or other carrier for proof of posting and insure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. For international returns please mark clearly on your return invoice and outer packaging "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this if any taxes incur it will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper. OUR PRODUCTS
Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, the images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products, your products may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site are approximate.
PROCESSING GUIDELINES
All products on the site are subject to availability and payment being received before the order is processed. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will begin processing on the same working day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday throughout the weekend, or on Bank Holidays, will begin processing on the following working day. We reserve the right to refuse to sell without reason. Three Floor Fashion will contact you if the merchandise you have ordered is out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any original postage cost, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package. You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the package too. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
At Three Floor Fashion we are committed to selling only first-quality fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email us at info@threefloorfashion.com within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. You can return goods which are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose to us by posting them to the Return and Exchange address. If you have returned the products to us in accordance with our return policy because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. This provision will not affect your statutory rights.
PAYMENTS
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Pay by Amazon or Alipay. You must be able to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Three Floor Fashion, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All prices for items delivered within the EU include VAT where applicable. The VAT charged will be either VAT in the country of delivery (rates will vary by country but our prices remain unchanged) or UK VAT. VAT is not charged for goods and services delivered outside the EU, but we maintain one price for each item on our website. Any VAT charged on orders delivered within the EU will not be refundable as we’ll have paid VAT on your order at the rate in the country of delivery. VAT is not charged on orders delivered outside the EU, so there will be no VAT to refund. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions and other notices elsewhere on our website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of products. No other terms or conditions will form part of the Contract, unless agreed by us in writing and signed by an authorised Three Floor Fashion employee.
OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.
OTHER GENERAL TERMS
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
The THREE FLOOR Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. The THREE FLOOR Gift Card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. The minimum amount to activate the THREE FLOOR Gift Card is £50. You may only redeem your Gift Card in GB pounds sterling. The THREE FLOOR Gift Card unique number should be entered at checkout to redeem the value as part or full payment on an item purchased on www.threefloorfashion.com only. The balance will remain effective for 12 months from date of purchase, after this time the THREE FLOOR Gift Card will automatically expire any remaining credit will be forfeited. The amount of any purchase will be deducted from the balance on the THREE FLOOR Gift Card, no change will be given. Any remaining credit post purchase will remain on the Card and can be used for subsequent purchases. If the THREE FLOOR Gift Card is used as part payment, the full amount will be taken from the THREE FLOOR Gift Card and the remaining amount from an alternative method of payment. Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of any order. The THREE FLOOR Gift Card will normally be dispatched within one working day unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible THREE FLOOR will try to meet all delivery requirements but THREE FLOOR will NOT be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses. The THREE FLOOR Gift Card is like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced and are NOT the liability of THREE FLOOR. All refunds of goods purchased with the THREE FLOOR Gift Card will be made in accordance with THREE FLOOR’s Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights. THREE FLOOR will cancel the value of the Gift Card if payment is not received from the purchaser's bank or card company for the initial purchase of the card. Further action may be taken where the fraudulent use of a credit card is suspected. THREE FLOOR cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any Gift Cards not notified to us within three days of delivery. Force Majeure: THREE FLOOR cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure. THREE FLOOR reserves the right to amend these terms and/or discontinue this voucher at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DHL RETURN SERVICE
We can provide a door to door returns service through DHL as an optional method of return. To use this service please create an account with us or sign into your account if you've already registered before making your purchase. For full terms and conditions of this service please visit DHL.com. To request a return using this method please follow the below steps:
1. Sign into your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return.
2. Click on the "Request Return" button and type the reason for return.
3. A money request is then issued to your email requesting for the fee for this service.
4. Once payment is completed your request will be approved. Upon approval, sign back in to your account and follow instructions to book a collection time/date and print shipping labels.
5. Leave your package open until the driver has checked the contents.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of use of this website, are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English and no public filing requirements apply.
